The location was perfect and the hotel onot self was good, tje only downfall for me was the heating system rattled in the bedroom .along difficult to fall asleep. I been to cheaper hotels paid for thr cheapest budget room amd got some decent amenities

Hotel had a system downtime so couldn’t accommodate any requests. One of the staff members wanted to help but her manager came and declined any help whatsoever. Hotel clearly empty but lied it was fully booked. Room so run down I resorted to booking another nearby hotel and left this one.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service and cleanliness. The room was above standard and staff ware so friendly and helpful I was a little nervous after reading some reviews but really I couldn’t be more pleased

Having lived in Cardiff for decades, I always thought the Raddison Blu looked smart. ?First time trying there and I was really disappointed. ?It's shabby, the room was really stark and overall it needs some attention. ?Reception was full of leaves and granted that the weather was a bit grim, but it gave a dreadful first impression. ?The room was very disappointing - painted blue and really really stark. Huge bed (two singles pushed together) a desk and some weird little table - all furniture was bashed and scratched and the room was a very odd layout. The bathroom was decent (and made the room look worse because it was quite modern) but the shower door wouldn't stay closed so the floor was sopping wet. ?Despite the website saying that every room had a hairdryer, I had to ring reception to request one. ?The bed wasn't too bad but they have to be the worst pillows I've ever slept on - hard doesn't come close. ?Overall, I wouldn't stay there again and feel there are far better hotels in the area for the same money which were more welcoming, more modern and less bleak!

Great place to stay, central to city centre. Fabulous amenities in the hotel, safe available and fridge in the room to use at no extra cost. Spacious rooms, gym available, outdoor public space available to guests. I would stay again.

We had a great experience at radisson blu hotel so convenient it situated right the city centre of Cardiff is surrounded with bar and restaurant and shops. The hotel has great continental breakfast with lots of choice I would give it a 4*

We had a comfortable stay here. It is quiet whilst being in the city centre and that was perfect. There was a issue with the water but the staff were accommodating and acted quickly to resolve it.

酒店浴室花灑頭 出水非常慢，甚至沖涼彷如 滴水感覺來沖洗，非常之不好，已通知服務員，他告訴我知水壓問題， 但是完全不能接受， 不會再光顧這間酒店 ，也絕對不 不會推薦。

It was a pleasant stay there with convenient locations to sight seeing and logistics arrangements. There is no doubt to introduce my friends to stay a few days vacation.
